Silicone Mat ChocArt Collection - Happily Ever After

ChocONChoc is a new technique which entails applying a layer of chocolate to the ChocoArt mats (or even using Crystal Candy's superb Crystal Lace icing) and then adding a different coloured chocolate backing layer over the top.
Once set, the backing layer is snapped off at the edges, the mat peeled away and the result is a stunning top layer of chocolate layered on a different coloured chocolate background. The panels are then cut off and applied to the cake.
