How to use: Add a small amount of gel to your fondant or marzipan and knead until the colour is fully incorporated. Continue kneading until you reach the desired shade. Your coloured fondant or marzipan is now ready to use on your cake. The maximum recommended dosage is 3 grams per kilo of finished product.
