Designed to give a neat, uniform finish to the top edge of your cake.
After the almond paste/ marzipan has been added to the cake, use gentle pressure to slide the Narrow Curve Edger around the curve of your cake to create a smooth, neat finish.
Any slight "take off" marks can be easily removed using Edgers Super Smoother and Side Edger.
