The SuperiOil products are oil based food colorings available in 30ml containers.
They are excellent at achieving the same vibrant and vivid colors in high fat or oil content baking materials as our gels do in easier-to-color ingredients.
Such as: Chocolate, Butter, Fondant, Cream, Ganache, etc.
Shake well before use.
Be careful to only use metal tools when baking with SuperiOil colorings as they are hard to wash off of other materials (such as plastic, wood or fabric)!
Ingredients:
fractionated coconut oil, colour (E133)
Maximum usable dose:
- In case of filling: 1,3 g/kg
- In case of decoration, coating: 4,81 g/kg
