This highly concentrated food coloring gel from FunCakes is perfect for coloring fondant, icing, marzipan, creams, cakes, doughs, gum paste, and more. A single drop of FunCakes gel food coloring is all you need to create vibrant colors, so the gel lasts a long time. The tube is designed for precise control of the dispensing, easy dosing, and a clean flip cap. The food coloring is oven-stable up to 200°C (392°F), so why not bake a colorful cake?

Instructions: Add the desired amount of color to fondant or cream, and knead or stir until the color is blended. Continue kneading or stirring until you achieve the desired result.

Storage: Store at 15°C–20°C (59°F–68°F) in a dark place.
