FunCakes Food Colour Gel - Baby Blue

This highly concentrated food colour gel from FunCakes is great for colouring fondant, icing, marzipan, creams, cakes, batters, gum paste and more. A single drip of the FunCakes Gel Food Colour is enough to create vibrant colours, so the food gel will last a long time. There is no mess cause the tube is designed to control distribution very precisely, dosing easy and leave the flip cap clean. The food colour is bake stable up to 200°C, so bake a coloured cake for once!

Preparation: add the desired amount of colour to for example fondant or a cream, knead or stir it until the colour blends. Keep on kneading or stirring until you have the desired result.

Ingredients: glycerine, propylene glycol, colour: E133, emulsifier: E551, colour: E104. E104: may have an adverse effect on the activity and attention in children. Halal certified.

For use in food. Maximum usable dose: 7 g/kg.
