Gel food coloring for professional usage in various colors at a high quality.
Use it to color marzipan, fondant, pastes, royal icing, creams or pastries.
It is very economic since it's highly concentrated. Mixed with color dusts, it becomes perfectly suitable to hand paint.
Due to its practical tube wrecking, usage is very simple: just drop into your paste or cream and stir it or knead it in properly.
Maximum usable dose:
In case of filling max. 3.67g/kg
In case of decoration, coating max. 6.59g/kg
Ingredients: glycerol E422, propylene glycol E1520, thickener (silicon dioxide E551), colours E122*, E102*, E133
