Fibarglas and Silicone Baking Mat / 38.5 x 28.5cm
This Silicone mat with a fiberglass core is perfect to bake and to roll out dough and sugarpaste. Use the Fiberglass and silicone Mat to shape sugar passte, Marshmallow fondant, short pastry, marzipan and chocolate paste and for manufaturing sugar, caramel and chocolate.
The silicone mat works as a baking paper and is resistant at temperatures going from -60°C up to +230°C. The silicone mat does not need to be greased or covered in flour.
DO NOT CUT ON THE MAT!
