Concentrated Food Flavour - Zabaione
High-concentrate Saracino Le Supreme Food Flavouring Pastes are perfect for unique flavouring of any cakey goods cakes, ganache, macarons, cupcakes, sponges, ice-creams, yoghurt.
Stir well before use.
For ice cream, frozen yogurt, mousse, panna cotta: add 100g of paste into 1l of cream or milk.
For cakes: add 120g of paste into 1kg of mix.
You can simply flavour your sponge, cream, icing and chocolate once mixed well. Ice-cream, yogurt, gateaux and jellies can be either stirred or poured over. Pastes can even work as jams in cakes and pastries.
Ingredients: Marsala wine (SULFITES), sugar, EGG yolk, alcohol, maltodextrin, flavors, thickener: agar-agar, color: carotenoid.
