Cocoa Butter Drops
Pure cocoa butter, ideal for adjusting the consistency of couverture chocolate. Adding it makes coating chocolates and cakes easier and ensures optimal flow in chocolate fountains.
To use, gently warm the cocoa butter chips and stir them into the melted couverture until the desired consistency is reached.
Made in Germany.
Ingredients: Cocoa butter; loose chips. May contain traces of milk products, hazelnuts, and almonds.
