For taller cakes made with sponge cake bases, we recommend dividing larger quantities of batter into two baking sessions, cutting the layers, and then stacking them.
When baking sponge cake, we recommend a height of 8-10 cm, otherwise it will become too dry.
For thin batter, dip the baking frame slightly into the batter and pre-bake for 5 minutes or wrap it in parchment paper. This prevents leaks.
