Each plate measures 5mm thick. Each pack includes 2 frames.
PLEASE NOTE:
Each ganache plate measures 0.25" more than specified to allow for the layer of ganache.
​The 6" ganache plate will actually measure 6.25" - the plate will fit a 6" cake and allow a little extra for the layer of ganache.
